WHAT MATERIAL WAS IT MADE WITH? Ruff Lamps are currently produced using 100% recycled PLA (polylactic acid) PLA is a type of plastic made is made from corn starch and is 100% biomass resource. This specific PLA is produced in the Netherlands. WHAT KIND OF BULB CAN I USE IN MY LAMP? Use a 2200-2400K. ITEM HAS ARRIVE DAMAGE:   When we ship items out to customers, we pack them up very well and they are highly unlikely to be damaged. However, accidents do happen. If your item arrives broken, please contact us at info@minawright.com  with your name, proof of purchase, description, order number, and a picture of the fault. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement piece. Within three days of you receiving your item. After those three days, we will be unable to help you. CERAMIC PIECES: If you choose to purchase a ceramic piece, you should know that these are one-of-a-kind ceramics. Each will be unique in various ways. Because they are made of clay, covered in a glaze, and then fired in a kiln in hight temperature, the final results will always vary slightly (whether it be in terms of size, color, texture, or any of a dozen other attributes).
